Why do…people walk around holding their mobile phones in front of them, sometimes oblivious to what is happening around them, especially when using earbuds? They can’t be using it for navigation because when they get to a road, they often walk across it oblivious to traffic. If you sound your vehicle horn, you get a splurge of expletives. Perhaps they are looking at a website called How to Be Ignorant and Rude to People.
